What you’ll do
Working with our very capable first line team, you will focus your energies on challenging second line fixes. Progression and training are priorities to management team.
50% of your time will be spent in the field representing IT. Our construction sites vary in size and complexity and have high expectations of delivering top notched service.
When in the office, you will get exposure to some of the latest technologies as well as working in a family owned business
Have you got what it takes?
Full, clean driving licence is required
The ability to work within companies Health & Safety standards
You will need to be able to self-organise and self-manage, working away from the team for 50% of your time
Working as a team to agreed processes
Work to ITIL foundation standards
An understanding of CISCO call manager is desirable
A good understanding of Windows/Apple desktop systems
Exposure to Microsoft SCCM for application deployment is desirable
