We are pleased to release our Gender Pay Gap Report report for the period April 2017 to April 2018. Highlights for this period the company is taking to reduce the Gender Pay Gap include:-
Seddon has reduced the Gender Pay Gap proportionately by 13% (3.2%) in our first year.
Following the publication of our first Gender Pay Gap report, Seddon has been working hard to close the gap. Initiatives include:-
- Introduced Foundation Women’s Group
- Trained our managers in unconscious bias
- Gender neutral recruitment
- A focus on three pillars to further close our pay gap. These are Attraction & Recruitment (Fostering an inclusive culture); Development (opportunities for all); Retention (ongoing review of people management processes).
Most of all……we shall continue to develop a culture that creates opportunities for everyone, regardless of gender.
