residents in Coleford, Gloucestershire.

4,913 sq m extra care apartment development is designed around a central courtyard
and garden. The scheme also includes a Wellbeing Centre which will be open to
the public and house a café, meeting rooms, activity spaces and a hub facility
for outreach services. In addition, five
two-bed accessible chalet-style bungalows will be built at the site.
Quattro are the architects for the scheme which is due to be completed in
February 2015. It is being built on land which has previously been used as a
car park, next to Bank Street in the

Homes standard which means they can be readily adapted as residents’ needs
