Preparation is essential part of every job, and our prior-to-painting service ensures all substrates are in a suitable condition to receive paintwork. This service includes the repair of defective timber materials with a resin-based repair system - at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
We can install PVCU replacement fascias and soffits, plus double glazed, timber, aluminium and PVCU window systems, as well as repairing or replacing whole elements of existing doors, windows, render facia, soffit and gutter systems. As these pre-paint repair works are undertaken by our own craftsmen, this results in improved coordination and planning of all aspects of our projects.
If required, we will provide a full survey service, utilising the latest PDA technology to assist our clients in determining the level of repairs required. This can be undertaken in conjunction with the paint specifiers to keep disruption to the building occupiers to a minimum.
This service – which can include an asbestos survey – is accessible to clients via web based IT links.
