This is equally true of any living accommodation that’s provided for students, whether on campus, in halls of residence, or through other arrangements. However, costs of painting and decorating need to be controlled so that resources can be directed to where they are most needed. Through our on-going experience of working directly for many types of educational establishments – primary and secondary, further and higher - we have an expanding knowledge base relating to the subject. Working in schools and universities, we’re very aware of our responsibilities and the need to observe all regulations and codes of practice relating to issues such as health & safety, security, duty of care, accountability, government directives and the establishment’s own policies and procedures.
