This includes not only structural and decorating work – but a total service that extends to beds, carpets, furniture and soft furnishings, fixtures and fitments, and luxuriously appointed bathrooms. Our first priority is always to establish a good working relationship with the hotel management team and find the most effective way to deliver the refurbishment as quickly – but competently – as possible. We understand the importance of this, and the effect it can have on revenue when rooms are out of use for a prolonged period. So, we ensure close co-ordination between the different trades and tasks involved, working in full compliance with statutory requirements to allow occupancy in the shortest possible time. In doing this, we aim for minimum disruption to the hotels routine, and observe strict procedures to safeguard the health and safety not only of our own operatives, but the hotel’s guests and staff.
