This service is comprehensive and extends all the way through the different stages of the development process - including business plan, feasibility, site acquisition, planning, cost planning and design development, pre-commencement certainty, construction delivery and after-care. Our “innovation chain” means we can also determine ways to add value in terms of increasing revenue streams, efficiency of design and use, and reducing capital and lifecycle costs. Every project we undertake is assigned a dedicated Development Surveyor who is tasked with pre-contract management of cost planning and feasibility, site acquisition and design management. This includes seeing contracts through from initial introductions to project completion, including registration by the relevant authorities. Throughout the development and construction process, the Development Surveyor acts as the customer’s point of contact with Seddon.
