Long experience in this sector has taught us that it’s not simply a matter adding to the built environment, but creating the conditions in which whole communities can take root and flourish. In doing so, we have created model environments for the housing sector through frameworks and numerous contracts with registered social landlords and local authorities – including the refurbishment of existing dwellings, as well as the construction of new developments that satisfy the Code for Sustainable Homes, BREEAM and Modern Methods of Construction.
