Training & Apprenticeships - Our investment in a skilled future
We continue to offer apprenticeships internally, and working with our clients we provide a tailored apprenticeship pathway that benefits local communities. Our collaborative recruitment campaign ensures we recruit over 40 apprentices each year. Working on a rolling three year apprenticeship cycle we provide training and support to 95+ apprentices each year. Our training provisions are not solely for our business - we provide supported training to our clients, our supply chain and the wider contracting community. Demonstrating our commitment to the future, we have our own in-house training academy and an accredited training ‘centre of excellence’.
